The city of Las Vegas has announced that it is offering incentives to craft breweries and brew pubs looking to open in the newly created “Brewery Row” in the downtown Las Vegas Arts District.
The Las Vegas City Council approved a waiver of certain alcoholic beverage license charges for qualifying businesses located in Brewery Row. The incentive package includes a waiver of up to $50,000 of the liquor license origination fee. In addition, Brewery Row is prominently identified by wayfinding banners, which are part of the city’s recently launched downtown district banner program. These incentives are only available on a temporary basis.
Please feel free to contact the liquor law attorneys at Saltzman Mugan Dushoff if you are interested in opening a brewery, brew pub, tap room or other alcoholic beverage business in Nevada.
