North Las Vegas will soon begin licensing brew pubs and other liquor manufacturing businesses. Because North Las Vegas does not currently have any regulations in place for any category of liquor manufacturer, it is the only jurisdiction in Southern Nevada that does not have operating breweries or brew pubs.
The North Las Vegas City Council is scheduled to introduce an ordinance that will add regulations pertaining to brew pubs, breweries, craft distilleries, estate distilleries, instructional wine making facilities and liquor manufacturers. The proposed ordinance will align North Las Vegas with Clark County, Las Vegas, Henderson and other Nevada jurisdictions.
You can find a copy of the proposed North Las Vegas ordinance here.
